Use of Service

AgentVault provides secure secret storage, authentication brokering, and audit tooling to help teams manage machine access. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that any automations or agents interacting with AgentVault comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.

Account Responsibilities

You must safeguard your authentication credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel. Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or API keys.

Administrators are responsible for configuring proper scope assignments, audit log retention, and rotating credentials that have been exposed or compromised.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentVault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the greater of fees paid in the preceding twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if continued service would violate applicable law. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use of the platform and closing your organization.

Upon termination, you are responsible for exporting permitted data and deleting any remaining secrets.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in San Francisco County, California.
